No deep cleaning is required. Just remove food, trash, or decorations and return items in reasonably clean condition. Our team handles full sanitation and deep cleaning after each rental.
Please do not attempt to use harsh chemicals or bleach. Let us know what happened, and we’ll clean it with the proper tools. You're only responsible if the damage is beyond normal use.
Yes, most of our inventory is outdoor-safe, including tents, chairs, and LED furniture. However, please ensure items are covered or brought inside in case of bad weather.
If your event spans multiple days, secure all rental items indoors or under cover when not in use to prevent weather damage or theft. You're responsible for items until pickup.
